Buyer's Broker of Northern Michigan, LLC, does not represent sellers or list properties for sale.  However, as an exclusive buyer's agent, we can show our buyer clients properties that are "For Sale by Owner" in addition to MLS listed properties.  We provide many of the services that may otherwise fall to the seller, eliminating the need for the seller to pre-qualify buyers, draft a purchase agreement, assist buyers with financing, appraisals, property inspections, title insurance, closing, etc.  For these reasons, unrepresented sellers generally welcome a buyer represented by a buyer's agent, and agree to include our buyer agent fee as part of the purchase price of the property.

If you purchase a "For Sale by Owner" property through us, you can be assured that we will provide you with unbiased advice regarding a property's strengths and weaknesses, ensure that you receive all property disclosures required by law, prepare and negotiate an offer to purchase on your behalf, assist you with financing, appraisals, home inspections and other matters, and work diligently to ensure that your purchase transaction is as smooth and effortless as possible.  Our buyer clients can rest assured that they are being represented by experienced professionals who are looking out for and protecting their interests every step of the way.
